Dr. Amara Okafor, DMD

Founder & Lead Dentist

Dr. Okafor has cared for families along the Jersey Shore for 14 years. She opened Bright Harbor in 2017 to create the kind of calm, unhurried practice she would want for her own family.

She completes more than 100 hours of continuing education every year in cosmetic and implant dentistry, and volunteers with a free dental clinic in Monmouth County.

Memberships: American Dental Association, NJ Dental Association
Focus: Cosmetic, implant and anxious-patient care
Off duty: Paddleboarding and her rescue dog, Biscuit

Jessica Moreno, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist

Jess has been cleaning teeth (gently!) for nine years and is famous for putting nervous patients at ease.

Office Manager

Daniel handles scheduling, insurance and billing so there are no surprises. Ask him anything.
